UNLOADING FROM TRUCK / CONTAINER

Once our customer service team receives deivery notification (DN) from you. They will prepare good receiving documents and send the details to our warehouse operator to prepare and get ready to perform unloading activity as per delivery note. We ensure to provide sufficient man power and suitable material handling euipment (MHE) to operate unloading your cargo from truck or container to staging area with highest safety operation.

PRODUCT CHECKING OPERATION

CHECKING AND ENSURE RECEIVING CORRECT PRODUCT.

The process of product checking at staging area is very crucial. We emphasize on right scope of work to ensure that our checking operator will perform as standard operating procedures (SOP) that we agree with customer. This is to ensure that we will receive the right product, right quantity and good quality product from your suppliers as per customer expectation.  We keep on training to our warehouse operator and record operator performance in order to ensure that our team will operate with most understanding according to SOP during operation hour.

After product checking process at staging area, our warehouse operation will move product from staging area and put away to assigned storage location based on FIFO/FEFO controling system. To complete the put away process , our warehouse operator will record storage location into putaway sheet and return sheet to inventory control team to update manual control system or WMS. The inventory team will then update inventory and generate daily inbound report to customer as per agreement time line.

UPDATE INVENTORY - RECEIVING

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

Our inventory control team is well trained on both manual inventory control or Warehouse Management System (WMS) such SAP. The invenotory update will ensure accuracy in term of right product must be in the right storage location. Moreover that, our inventory team will generate cycle count report and send to our warehouse operation team to perform daily checking on fast moving cargo or weekly cycle count as per agreement.  This will give you much confident that both physical and inventory system are reconsiled. Ultimately, the stock accuracy report will handover to you to perform next process.

PICKING FROM STORAGE LOCATION

PICKING SERVICE AS PER YOUR INSTRUCTION

Customer can send us picking order via email to perform picking operation. Once we receive your order. Our customer service team will check inventory system whether product is available for picking process then generate picking list by location and send to our warehouse operator. Our warehouse operator will prepare handling equipment and pick product as per picking list and move to outbound staging area wait for outbound checking process.

ORDER PREPARATION AND CHECKING

FULL PALLET, LOOSE CASE AND UNIT PREPARATION

As there are several order patterns and complexity of order details sometime whether the full pallet picking order, carton picking or unit picking, our operation team can be very much adaptive to your order. We are able to perform full pallet picking and product consolidation by unit level. The order preparation have to perform fast, accuracy and outbound checking stage is the most critical in the order chain. This to ensure that product will be released from our warehouse correctly in order to protect customer complaint and increase customer satisfaction. The outbound checking team will be trained carefully and be reconfirmed checking with supervisor before releasing cargo. This will ensure the dispatching process is corrrect and on time.

The outbound checking process is completed. Our forklift operator will immediately operate loading on truck activity whether your order will come in small truck up until large container truck. We can perform here in our logistics center. The normal time usage for loading on truck could be around 20-30 minutes per truck for large container in full pallet loading. For loose case loading could be up to 1 or 2 hours per container. We provide full facilites both handling equipment for full pallet  loading and man power for loose case loading.

VALUE ADDED SERVICE

SORTING, LABELLING, RE-PACKING, RE-PALLET

The pracitical logistics solutions can perform value added service operation to fullfil your requirement. As of sometime, you may find challenge of product damage from your production lines, thus in order to ensure that good quality product only to be released to your customers. We can perform sorting product as per your SOP. There are some product you buy from oversea suppliers and would like to do additional activites before transport to other destinations such as remove your suppliers label and paste new label, repacking, reduce layer of carton or move to new pallet size We can do it for you.

TRUCKING AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

6 WHEEL TRUCKING SERVICE

Our 6 wheel truck service could be able to pick up your cargo both full pallet or loose case loading. This truck is suitable for cargo weight around 5-6 ton per truck, our truck is capable to be opened side door, which will be very much convenient for side loading both left door and right door. The truck specifcation is  2.45 meters width x 7.5 meters length x 2.65 meters height. In term of quantity, it can be loaded up to 30 cbm per truck. All of our truck has installed GPS in order to ensure that your cargo during transportation will be at all time mornitoring.

We also have another type of container connecting truck service. This truck is suitable for high quantity cargo loaded  in one time. Normally, this truck is designed for light cargo weight in per one shipment. The truck can be loaded cargo around 12 ton. It can be available for side loading (Left Door / Right Door). In case that you look for more cargo weight in one truck. We recommend you to use large container trucking services like 40ft' container that can be maximum loaded up to 45 ton including truck and container weight.

4 WHEEL TRUCK SERVICE

4 WHEEL TRUCK SERVICE

We have 10-20 units of  4 wheel truck in our logistics center ready to pick up your cargo as regular and adhoc. The 4 wheel container truck is closed truck and suitable for cargo that require safety and quality transportation. The truck can be loaded around 1 ton and can be loaded up to 2-3 cbm per one trip. Normally, this type of truck will be used for urgent order and the destination could not be entered by big truck. The truck specification is around 1.3 meters width x 2.1 meters length x 1.8 meters height.

CONTAINER TRUCKING SERVICE

20FT' & 40FT' CONTAINER TRUCKING SERVICE

Our trucking hub is located in Laemchabang Deep Sea Port. We are able to provide import container trucking and export container trucking service with the most conveneint due to we are in the right location closed to Laemchanbang port only 5-10 km. We have transport insurance up to 1 million bath per truck. The truck can be loaded up to 45 ton including truck and container weight.
